The extensive use of Green Screen on ‘Saving Lincoln’ is a stylistic device used in the same way as in films like ‘Sin City’ and ‘300’, where the environments that the characters inhabit are visually specific. Here, Adam will ultimately be portrayed in Lincoln’s campaign train, taken from an authentic silver gelatin photograph from the era.
